To be GREAT in High School Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then complete the Advanced 21 Day Challenge
To Play College Basketball Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout twice a week
To be a GREAT College Player Complete the 21 Day Challenge, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout 3-5 times a week
To Play Professional Basketball Complete both challenges, then use the Advanced Challenge as a workout 4-5 times a week
